Recent Activity

I would like to announce that theres slightly change of our training programme.To make it convenient for all,I would like to change our training base to the T-Junction near KTHO,L22 there.Theres a loop of 1km consist of KTHO n KTR.

Apart from that loop,we also have a small loop in KTHO area which just beside the big loop,its around 700m so we can use it as our speed training base.Not only that the area which after the tennis court of KTHO near L13 is abit hilly.But its just around 200m only,so we can take it as our hill training base.

In fact all these just a basic for you all to training your fitness level.Anyway i hope you all can really utilise it.Some how here also close to the KTF Gym which suit us the best.

Ok,lets talk about the training time.The is 6pm everyday.For weekend if theres request we can switch to nite or morning.For weekdays is same as above.
Any of you guys/gals feel that the time not suit you just tell us about it so that we can arrange it.
