2010 Standard Chartered KL Marathon

Its all been finished for 2010 edition SCKLIM,but the journey still going on and hopefully getting stronger.5 of us joining this year race.3 joined marathon,1 half marathon other 2 for charity 10km.

I felt that the other 3 maratoner were doing great,i cant ask for more and you guys have made us feel proud!

Chan doing his maiden half marathon same as well by finishing below 1.30!PB for him and in kakithon as well!

Initially i and Lim kor wanna run alongside as to snap photo,but since we getting our no bib and i saw the field wasnt that strong then try to have a run at front pack.The very first sure is Sukma champion,kartik.Anyway finished in 4th is something i cant ask for more.While lim kor also doing good for his timing!

Overall,i must thanks all the guys that support us during the race.Special thanks to Uncle Moeyfamily,Lim kor,Jenne,Chau,Wong,Wong's sister.Really appreciate of what had been done.Fueld by PowerbarOur 3 marathoner!come out their face in China press as well,hehe!chit chatting..Chan having photo with a kenyan blind runner

UTM Research University

Yesterday 10th Malaysia Plan been announced by our PM that UTM is RU,which mean now we are on par with other 4 RU.Its just been a fantastic news for us.Hopefully with this our uni will strive to more excellent performance in future.

As for sport,i hope that we are capable of giving other 4 RU a run of their money esp the strongest UPM team.Nevertheless we are on the right track to get better and better.Only time will tell all this.UTM Boleh!Kakithon juga boleh...hehe

MUDS Press Launch 2010

One more time i taking my leave,this time is for Malakoff University Duathlon Series Press launch in Bangsar one of the Italian restaurant there.Meet with alot of guys there.Among are Amirul,Syazwan both frm UPNM,Kak Julie,Steph,Mejar Kalam,Adele and Melody Tan,Mr Jordan frm powerbar and many more.

I have to give credit to Malakoff,Quickrelease as well Powerbar for giving out so much support of this event in its 4th edition.This is year been 1 new category included which is to encourage mmore university students to join,that mean the more u send the more u will get the incentive given by organiser.Hopefully with this,will really lower students burden to this event and more universities will come in too join.Then we were treated with nice italian pasta meal.

Overall its a nice trip that i havent been...

The news of PowerBar MUDS

I was informed by Tuan Penasihat,Black,that my news was published in Utusan Malaysia on 4th October 2008.Then i didn't really immediately go to buy the newspaper and wait until evening 6pm where i had training with lim.He wasn't felt well hence we only have easy ride to hill area around university and easy chit chat among us.Then we go to the Taman Universiti to buy the paper.I had been glad that my news been published can be said felt on the top of the world a while ha!Anyway thanks Black for telling me.I am still a beginner in the multisport events,hence i really need to put extra effort to perform the best out there.Sincerely i hope kakithoners can really capitalize the opportunity out there by training hard and smart.Its not easy to form a group which has so much enthusiasm ans semangat yang cekal.So lets us go together,no body will be left behind,believe in yourself,you can do it.........Kakithon Boleh!Then you as Kakithoner also Boleh!

Finally.....BMW Sauber has won a Grand Prix.

Its been really long that i have waiting for this moment!Since small i used to be our very own Petronas sponsored Sauber team,at that time which was aroound 1999,and the team still used Ferrari powered engine hence they wasnt really a front runner of the F1 Championship.Anyway i still like very much of the team.Kimi Raikkonen when he first went in the Formula 1 is Sauber team alongside with Nick Heidfeld of Germany,infact at that season Nick outperform Kimi,but Kimi was chosen to be McClaren driver.I like Nick a lot,he is such a good natural driver that hardly having any quarell with those trouble makers in F1.And yesterday history been made to BMW Sauber where they finally win their first F1 GrandPrix!The 1-2 finish by Robert Kubica of Poland and Nick are well enough put Robert leading the driver championship.Team Boss Mario Theissen was really happy about it.Infact the Canadian GrandPrix is where last year Robert had a heavy accident there where he luckily survived,Thanks GOD about it.I sincerely hope that BMW Sauber can produce amazing result in this year.Go for it BMW Sauber!

Usain Bolt of Jamaica produce spectacular feat buy producing the 100m world record in Reebok Grand Prix,his time of 9.72 secs faster than his compatriot,Asafa Powell 0.02 secs.I myself hardly think that this guy can really produce such amazing result.He is known to be a good runner in 200m.Hence the Olympic in Beijing will see the showtime of Gay,Bolt,and Powell."I still think the 200m is my best race"This is what Bolt said after the race.Meanwhile LaShawn Merritt outclass Jeremy Wariner in 400m in Golden League with the time of 44.03 secs to Wariner 44.07secs.Its been long that Wariner never been defeated.Currently most of the time if you look at the 400m race,you can see Wariner the only whiteman out there with the other black man together.Look like the US headquater become stronger and stronger.The women event is the new find of Kenyan athletics,18-year-old Pamela Jelimo has become African champion, and today the Area senior and World Junior record holder for the women’s 800m in a time of 1:54.99. Jelimo’s run was the quickest performance seen for over a decade, and left her opponents adrift by nearly 4 seconds!
