The MUDS 2008 news in newspaper

From the update of Kak Julie,i had read what its mentioned inside the paper and felt that its true that this kind of sport(Duathlon or Triathlon)still not yet being really seriously looked by University admin. Its really sad,as our country feel behind a lot of the other Europe countries,Australia,New Zealand even Japan.Promotion of this of sport still very less in Malaysia, what about in University level?Trust me...if you ask any of the University student about whats Duathlon,i am sure that very less know about it!Triathlon may be they know more about it,but still very lack of infos among them.Anyway i hope that University can see more and take proactive role as to produce more world class athletes.Looking at the recent Beijing Olympic, theres some of the world reknown university students that take part also(Cambridge Uni.etc)I personally had looked at the Olympic women Triathlon champion,Emma Snowsill. She is truly champion and what she done has said enough of a criteria being the best in the world!
P/S:Kak JIha and Ida talk also sudah dipapar oleh Utusan,harap-harap apa yang dinyata oleh beliau dapat Pihak Uni mengambil berat.Bukan ambil berat, kena ambil tindakan yang wajar also...ha! ;-)

Ni....apa yang dicakap dan dilempar....BELOW...

‘Sukan anak tiri’

yesh i agree.. most of the uni in malaysia neglected multisport..
UPNM already changed our Vice Canselor.. and we doubt if he'll be as supportive as the previous vice canselor.. we're now back to the old day's regimental routine, so less time to train...
