Dear kakithoners,
We've been resting/light running for a week following masum, and now it's time for a new mesocycle (fancy word for training period ). So expect higher mileage and more strength work, don't bring your spikes to training (unless you plan to use them as weapons) cause we ain't doing speed and speed-endurance intervals for the coming two months.
The new training schedule is on the right hand side of the blog. If possible try to reach the venue earlier by 20 mins so that we can warm up, drill and start at 5:30p.m.
